| Nobody likes to be stuck
with a real estate agent who isn't doing a good job for his or her client.
I believe that if I am not doing an outstanding job of keeping you
informed and marketing your home in an effort to sell it, then you should
"fire me"! My MLS Agreements are for a stated 90-day time frame, or as we agree upon, however, at the bottom of my Agreements, I sign a statement that reads like this: "This listing may be withdrawn at any time prior to an Offer being presented to the Seller...because Seller feels that I have not done an outstanding job." Not many real estate agents will give this written guarantee......I do. That is confidence that I have in my ability to get the job you hired me to do ....done. Kathy
