Realtor.com Online Tours has recently allowed us, as a TOUR PROVIDER, to link any of your ONLINE OPEN HOUSE TOURS directly to your Realtor.com listing.  They have issued us the USERNAME and PASSWORD to accomplish this.  Unlike in the MLS, all of YOUR personal and corporate information (propaganda, if you will), can be seen by any BUYER who visits Realtor.com to view YOUR LISTING.  This is HUGE!  We can link directly to your listing and have it up and running in about 15 minutes.  They don't dictate fees that we are to charge, however, they charge us $19.95 to do this.  I have to charge you $21.00 because you'll pay on my PayPal site...using the credit card of your choice, and PayPal charges me about $1.05 to process the payments.
