How do I upload photos?     This is real easy.  You upload them to your MLS Listing - like you always have, and I'll take them from that site.
How Much is the total finished tour?     $50.00...complete with Player, upload link, video tour, music, voice-over and your photos....and a link off site for your clients to see....or to e-mail to anyone.
Can I e-mail a link to the tour to anyone I want?     Yes...you can e-mail your client-Sellers/Buyers right to the tour.
Does each Video Tour cost $50.00?     Yes.
What if I sell my listing?     Please notify me immediately, and I will place a SOLD BANNER on your listing for one week, then I'll take it down and make room for more listings.  You and I know, it is not good to have outdated product on the web.
Can you make a web site for me from scratch?     Yes.  I favor keeping it simple..like my site.  It directs BUYERS one way....SELLERS another.  What else are we in business for?  We want to sell homes to BUYERS.....list homes from SELLERS...make money.  Everything else is FLUFF. I charge a one-time set-up fee of $200.00.  Then, I charge $50.00 per month to maintain it for you....including uploading one video tour, which would have cost you $50.00 anyway.

Do you have a money-back guarantee?     If you change your mind BEFORE I do the work, I will refund your money.
Should I buy an ONLINE OPEN HOUSE for each listing?     No.  I would only buy them for either the hard-to-sell listings, or your premium listings...unless your Seller values having that service.  In that case, let them reimburse you.  Offer it!
Do you automatically debit my credit card each month for your web site maintenance?     No.  You will need to order your monthly maintenance each month or I have to park your web pages.  This takes place on the 5th of every month if not paid by then.
Will my MLS let me use this video tour on their site?     Most MLS sites do NOT want you to have your agent or Broker info on their site. but you can put the link in the  Realtor.com verbiage -  if you have their Showcase products, which gives you the ability to word everything yourself..
What else do I get for my $50.?     Happily, and because I just started this service on February 18th, you also get in on the ground floor.  You will get your ONLINE OPEN HOUSE TOUR...complete.  You will have your own Agent's listing with your picture, company logo, link to the Open House Tour....and any other benefit that I will likely be adding over time....but your rate will stay the same - FOR ALL OF 2009!
How can i use this site to my best advantage?     We all know that SELLERS want to see results.  They want to see their property in all of its beauty and splendor.  Now, YOU get to show them their property - like they've never seen it before.  You can e-mail them the link to this site...or e-mail them the link from this site.  BUYERS who are interested in your listing can be directed to this site, and see your property listing - just like you would show it to them in person!  Or - you can e-mail them the link. Link your Realtor.com language to this site (with Showcase Product only).  I get 78% of my BUYER business from Realtor.com. Then, they may call their favorite agent.  YOU.  Now, you can show them the ONLINE OPEN HOUSE, and all that lacks after that...is for you to physically take them there.
